Historically, the ratio of people has been 2/3, or nearly 70% of people who intend to buy but abandon the purchase and the American consulting firm Baymard confirms this in its latest studies. Why is this number so high and how can we reduce this rate of cart abandonment?

 

6.1. E-commerce statistics: what are the main indicators to master?

When we talk to you about a conversion rate of less than 2% and a cart abandonment rate of more than 70%, with a bounce rate of 50% you are not sure whether it is clear. But it's very simple:
